What makes it different

There are thousands of fitness classes. This is not one of them.

Identity Through Movement™ integrates gentle movement, breath awareness, nervous system support, reflection, prayer and community — with trauma-aware care at the center.

Breath before effort

We begin with the breath, letting the nervous system settle before the body is asked to move.

No pressure, no performance

Every movement is an invitation. You go at your own pace and stop when your body says so.

Identity, not intensity

Scripture, reflection and prayer are woven in so movement becomes a way of remembering who you are.

Held in community

Small groups where women of every age and ability feel welcome, seen and unhurried.

In her own words

"These sessions are about so much more than mobility. They not only help with my range of motion, but also with my breathing and give me space to feel centered. I leave feeling so relaxed, restored, and rejuvenated!"
— Julie
"Glenda brings such wonderful energy to every class. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. I feel comfortable moving at my own pace while still being gently challenged—and I never feel pressured to do more than what feels right for me."
— Kim
