About the founder

Glenda Miller

Glenda creates safe spaces where women can reconnect with their bodies and experience renewed wholeness. There are thousands of fitness instructors. Very few are doing this work.

Her sessions are quiet, unhurried and deeply intentional. Women are met without pressure or performance, invited to move at their own pace, and reminded that their worth was never tied to what their body can do. Over years of leading classes, retreats and small groups, that conviction became a framework of its own.

The credential that matters most

Creator of Identity Through Movement™

Glenda's greatest credential isn't a certificate — it's the methodology she developed: a signature approach integrating gentle movement, biblical identity, breath awareness, nervous system support, reflection, prayer, community and trauma-aware care. It's something women can't get from another instructor.
