These terms apply to your use of hisbanneroverus.net and the programs offered here. The website and programs are provided by His Banner Over Us ("we", "us"). When you use the site or buy a program, you are contracting with His Banner Over Us.

Acceptance

By using this website or continuing to use our programs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be of legal age in your country, or have authority to act for your organization, to make a purchase.

Our programs

We offer self-paced, faith-centered movement programs, delivered online through your private library. Programs are gentle and educational. They are not medical, psychological, or fitness advice. Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any movement practice, and move only in ways that feel safe for your body.

Your account

Please give accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and let us know if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by: using it unlawfully; fraud or spam; infringing our or others' intellectual property; sharing, reselling, or redistributing program materials; or interfering with security, including malware, probing, scraping, or getting around access limits.

Intellectual property

His Banner Over Us owns the website, programs, written and recorded materials, and branding, including Identity Through Movement™. When you buy a program we give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own use.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund terms are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

Service availability

We work to keep the site running well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if you seriously breach these terms, don't pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the service at any time.
