Privacy Notice

His Banner Over Us ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal information collected through hisbanneroverus.net. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect and why

• Name and email when you request the free reset — to send it and follow up gently (your consent; you can unsubscribe anytime).
• Account details (email and password) — to create your account and give you access to programs (to perform our contract with you).
• Purchase records (which programs you own) — to provide your library (contract).
• Messages you send us — to reply and support you (legitimate interests).
• Technical data such as IP address, device and browser information — for security and to keep the site working (legitimate interests).

Card and billing details are collected by Paddle, not by us.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host our site, database, and email, only as needed to run the service.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling programs, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as legal or accounting, when needed.
• Authorities, when required by law.

We never sell your personal information. Some providers may process data outside your country; where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active or as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or move your data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Email Hisbanneroveruslv@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies and similar storage needed to keep you signed in and the site working. We do not use advertising cookies.
