The framework
Identity Through Movement™
A distinct approach developed by Glenda Miller for women who are tired of being asked to push harder. Instead of measuring performance, it makes room for presence — helping women reconnect with their bodies and experience renewed wholeness.

Eight woven elements
What every experience holds together
Gentle movement
Accessible mobility that meets the body where it is today — seated, standing, or somewhere in between.
Breath awareness
Breath is the first practice, not an afterthought. It sets the pace for everything that follows.
Nervous system support
Sessions are built to help the body move out of guarding and into a felt sense of safety.
Biblical identity
Scripture grounds the experience: you are already loved, already known, already His.
Reflection
Space to notice what surfaced — in the body, the breath, and the heart.
Prayer
Offered gently and never forced, as a way of handing over what the body has been carrying.
Community
Small groups where women witness and encourage one another without comparison.
Trauma-aware care
Invitational language, choice at every step, and no touch or pressure without consent.
No pressure. No performance.
Gentle movement can still be meaningful and effective. Women move at their own pace while being gently challenged — and never feel pressured to do more than what feels right for them.
